ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R. Maheswaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. A.K. Manikkam Special Govt. Pleader, for the 1 and 2 respondents, and of Mr. M. Rajarajan, Advocate for the 3rd Respondent, this Court made the following order: When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader produced the proceedings of the District Collector, Madurai, dated 14.12.2023. It is seen from this proceedings that the administrative sanction has been given to the third respondent to proceed further to construct sludge collection tank, for which, a sum of Rs.1,76,000/- has been sanctioned.

2. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to follow up the proceedings of the first respondent, dated 14.12.2023 and carry out the work.

3. Post this Writ Petition under the caption ''for reporting compliance'' on 05.02.2024.
