ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb and to continue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

his enjoyment in the rental house property situated at No.4/1, Asath Nagar 2nd Street, Trichy City, Trichy as per the rental agreement, based on the his representation dated 12.07.2021. 2.It is seen that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. However, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 12.07.2021, the third respondent called the petitioner for enquiry. But, the petitioner did not co-operate for enquiry.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted. This criminal original petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief in a manner known to law if so advised.
