Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ or Order or Direction in the nature of Writ, very particularly WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the Respondent to disburse and repay the fixed deposit amount deposited in (1) FD.No.45968 dated 09.01.2007, (2) FD.No.45969 dated 09.01.2007, (3) CC.No.344679 dated 19.01.2009, (4) CC.No.344680 dated 19.01.2009, (5) CC.No.344681 dated 19.01.2009,

(6) CC.No.344682 dated 19.01.2009 and (7) CC.No.344683 dated 19.01.2009 each for the value of Rs.40,000/- totally a sum of Rs. 2,80,000/- with accrued interest.
