The petitioner filed this writ petition forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from filling up the vacant posts of Livestock Inspector Grade-II by way of accommodating the candidates undergoing training in violation of

the Order passed by this Court in W.A.(MD).No.1114 of 2015, dated 03.11.2015. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, all the persons are appointed as Livestock Inspector Grade-II and they have taken charge and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.01.2023 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No RM
