ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant police protection for the petitioners and their family members as well for their agricultural properties in S.Nos. 15/7, 16/4, 24/9A, 41/11 measuring a total extent of 2.17 Acres in Meenakshipuram Bit-I, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of the Judgement and Decree passed in I.A.No.27 of 2019 in O.S.No.241 of 2018 dated 23.01.2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 23.06.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
