ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor/respondent for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD)No.19233 of 2024, dated 12.08.2024. 1/3
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 19.06.2025), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that FIR came to be registered in Crime No.223 of 2024 against the some unknown persons and after investigation, Thuraiyur Police has laid the final report for the alleged offences under Sections 326(1) and 61(2) of BNS against the two persons named Perumal and Naveenkumar and also produced the copy of the final report.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the contempt petition may be closed.
4. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. 19.06.2025 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das To 1.The Inspector of Police, Thuraiyur Police station, Trichy District.
