Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram to expedite and complete the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2023 and dispose of the same within a reasonable time period to be fixed by this Court.

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2023 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 17.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram. He has sent a report dated 30.04.2026 stating that he will dispose of H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2023 within a period of three months. Consequently, the learned Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram is requested to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2023 within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
