ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to direct the third respondent to issue patta for the lands possessed by her.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the property in S.No.98/21A Kattukudipatti Village, Manaloor Group, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District, belongs to her, to which, there are no rival claims nor any suit is pending. The petitioner has sought for patta in the name of the petitioner on the basis of her representation dated 05.05.2015 and the same is pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
consideration before the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court for the relief stated supra.
3. The learned Govt.Advocate for the respondents, on instruction, would submit that, the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
4. In view of the specific submission, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.05.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
