ORDER

A mandamus is sought to the first respondent to dispose of representation in Na.Ka.No.0294/19/P3, dated 11.02.2019 within a stipulated time frame.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader, who has accepted notice for R1, confirms the pendency of the representation. Ms.G.Innisai, who enters appearance for the private respondents i.e., R2 to R4 also expresses no objection for the disposal of the representation on merits, after affording them an opportunity of hearing.

3. In the light of the aforesaid and in the interests of justice, the first respondent is directed to dispose of representation dated 11.02.2019 after hearing the petitioner as well as respondents 2 to 4 within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
