2. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the warrant has been issued to secure the accused, that is not executed so far by the second respondent herein.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that when the enquiry was made, it was found that the above said person was not available or residing in the address given in the complaint or in the warrant as the case may be. This has been brought to the notice of the team formed to execute the above said warrant.

4. The above said warrant shall be forwarded to the above said team, which has been formed for execution of warrant. The above said 2/4

team that has been formed to execute the above said warrant is directed to execute the same as early as possible.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
