ORDER

The petitioners have filed this criminal original petition for forbearing the respondents from harassing them. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners were enquired based on the complaint of the fourth respondent, namely, Gomathi. The petitioners are her in-laws. During enquiry, the fourth respondent stated that she will move the concerned civil court in accordance with law. Based on the same, the complaint has been closed. guise of enquiry. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
