O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to enquire the complaint against the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.01.2024.

2.According to the petitioner, she lodged the complaint, dated 02.01.2024 against the fourth respondent before the respondents 1 to 3, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that no files are available in respect of the petitioner's complaint and now, a new Deputy Superintendent of 2/5

Police recently has taken charge and therefore, he is unable to trace out the petitioner's complaint. If the petitioner sends a fresh complaint, then they will consider the same and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the respondent police are unable to trace out the petitioner's complaint, recording the same, this Court, without issuing notice to the private respondent, inclined to close this writ petition. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the second respondent by way of lodging a fresh complaint and on such complaint, if any received by the second respondent, he shall conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of representation. 24.04.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
