Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHI.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, Tiruchirappalli District, in pursuance of the order passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.8646 of 2022, dated 06.05.2022, by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to the delay in readiness of the order copy, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.8646 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
