O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed in P.D.No.52/2021, dated 29.04.2021, by the second respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, on instructions submitted that the Government itself has revoked the order of detention, by the order in G.O.Rt.No.2970, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XV) Department, dated 09.07.2021. He has also produced the copy of the said Government Order.
3. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed as no further order is necessary.
