O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction not to interfere in the civil dispute, on the basis of the representation dated 09.07.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein, with regard to the business transaction. So, on that basis, third respondent appeared to have given complaint, based upon which, enquiry is stated to be undertaken by the second respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the compliant given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.6372 of 2021 and during the course of the enquiry, the matter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9465 of 2021 has been settled between the parties and the petitioner alleged to have handed over six post dated cheques, based upon which, the third respondent has given a statement to the effect that no further action is required on his complaint. On that basis, it was closed on 16.07.2021.

4.Since the dispute between the parties was compromised and third respondent has given a statement to the effect that no further action is required, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
