ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based upon the complaint, given by the third respondent.

2. When the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint, given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.184 of 2021 and it came to be closed, on 13.07.2021 by observing that it is purely a civil business transaction between the parties. Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
