O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ on hand has been instituted seeking a direction to the second respondent to remove the fence made by the seventh respondent in Tirunelveli District, Vedhakkovil Main Street, Adaimithipankulam, Grama Natham Survey No.1248/23, Old No.903/1-PA, totally comprised of 0.06.37 Hectares Ares and S.No.148/3, (Old No.903/1PA) totally comprised of 2.96 Hectares Ares, based on the representation dated 28.05.2019.

2. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case on hand, the third respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer is directed to conduct a field inspection in the subject property and take appropriate action by following the procedures as contemplated under law, if any encroachment, illegality or otherwise is found in the subject property. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
