O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to transfer the enquiry pending on the file of 2nd Respondent to 3rd Respondent or any other law enforcing agency under the 1st Respondent on the basis of Petitioner's representation, dated 26.03.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint on 20.03.2025 before the 3rd respondent on the ground of impersonation, but no action has been taken. The petitioner sent a representation on 26.03.2025 to the 1st respondent, but no action on the part of 2nd respondent, hence this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, 3rd respondent issued summons to the said parties and the same is under 2/6
enquiry. At this stage, transfer of enquiry will not arise. 4.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner and since the 2nd respondent has not taken any action based on the petition of the petitioner and the same is pending with the 1st respondent, it is for the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
5.Considering the prayer of the petitioner and the enquiry is pending with the 1st respondent, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.
2.According to the petitioner, ---, therefore, the petitioner sent a representation/complaint dated ---, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that -- the petitioner's representation/complaint is under consideration and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week. 3/6
Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to is directed to complete the --- within a period of --- week from the date of this order in accordance with law. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
