To set aside the Judgment and Decree of this Claims Tribunal in M.C.O.P.No.1073 of 2014, dated 15.03.2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Thanjavur and allow the appeal with costs and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.S.MURALI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 712 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 712 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the Rojavanam, Homeless & Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
