This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a limited relief.

2. The petitioner has filed the statutory appeal before the first respondent aggrieved by the order, dated 17.10.2013, passed by the first respondent. He seeks for early disposal of the statutory appeal.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's statutory appeal, dated 07.02.2019, if the same is still pending, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the

petitioner's statutory appeal, dated 07.02.2019, filed as against the order passed by the first respondent, vide his proceedings No.36444/A5/2013-3, dated 17.10.2013, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
