(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed by the petitioner in the Writ Petition, alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P. (MD) No.5175 of 2021 dated 26.04.2021.

When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.T.Perumal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with in full. The Status Report filed by the Assistant Engineer, WRD, Pattanamkal Section, Kuzhithurai, is to the effect that the encroachments were removed by demolishing the building constructed by the Self-Help Group by the Block Development Officer, Thiruvattar.

In view of the above, recording compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed.
