RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Extend the time granted for Execute the sureties before the concerned Magistsrate for a further Period of 15 days in Crl.O.P.No.6520/2021 dated 06.05.2021 and Pass such suitable orders, Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6520 of 2021 dated 06.05.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to arrange sureties and could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation this petition is allowed and the time for producing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
