Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The subject matter pertains to renovation works in respect of the petition mentioned temple. It is said to be more than 150 years old.
3.The petitioner states that Thirupani activities are not being conducted properly. The petitioner's grievance is that the works are being unnecessarily delayed. In this regard, a representation had already been made by the committee members on 14.11.2019.
4. I am of the view that these are matters, in which, the Court may not be in a position to probe beyond a point. Therefore, I call upon the second respondent herein/ Joint Commissioner,Hindu Religious Charitable Endowment Board,Trichy. to ensure that the renovation works are properly and expeditiously conducted. The second respondent will bear in mind the concerns expressed by the petitioner in this writ petition.
5.With this direction to the second respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
