The writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2017 and to pass appropriate orders for re-fixation of the petitioner's scale of pay in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.234, Finance (Pay Cell) Department and to forward the pension proposal on the basis of revised pay scale. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on G.O.Ms.No. 234, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.06.2009, the pay has been re-fixed, vide Na.Ka.No.L4/29843/2017 dated 12.02.2025 and therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
