This petition is filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.242 of 2019, on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.242 of 2019, for the offences punishable unde Sections 294(b), 341, 379, 447 & 506(ii) IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of two years, Final Report has not been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that two months time may be granted to complete the investigation. 4.Considering the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a direction is hereby issued to the respondent to complete the investigation and file Final Report before the concerned Court within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
