PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records in Crime No.110 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and to quash the same insofar as Accused Nos.1 to 4 are concerned.

O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.110 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police insofar as the petitioner is concerned
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of this petition, there was a compromise arrived at between the petitioners and the second respondent / defacto complainant.
3. In view of the above, the respondent Police are directed to close the FIR in Crime No.110 of 2022, if compromise is arrived at between the parties.
