This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to furnish the Character and Conduct Certificate of the petitioner to the second respondent and consequently directing respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to regularize the petitioner's service with all monetary benefits pursuant to the appointment order dated 21.02.2015 of the second respondent.

2. It is represented by learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent / Transport Corporation that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, the petitioner's service has been regularized and the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been achieved.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the submission of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent / Transport Corporation can be recorded and this Writ Petition can be closed.

4. After recording the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent that the service of the petitioner was regularized subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and the same stands closed. No costs.
