O R D E R

The second defendant in O.S.No.61 of 2018, on the file of III Additional District and Sessions Court, Tiruchirapalli, has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the above said suit has been filed by the first respondent for the relief of declaration of settlement deed dated 13.12.2017 as null void, partition and separate possession of 4/5 share of the plaintiffs over the suit schedule property. The suit is of the year 2018 and it is now posted for trial. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3.Considering the fact that the suit is seven years old and also considering the fact that the petitioner /second defendant is aged about 80 years, there shall be a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.61 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
