Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The writ petitioner is a member of Sp.Spl.63, Uppathur Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society Ltd.
He alleges that the then Secretary Thiru.S.Viswarubakesavan had committed forgery and misappropriation. He was in fact dismissed from service. However, the revisional authority chose to order reinstatement. Challenging the same, W.P.(MD)No.21567 of 2017 has been filed before this Court and interim stay has been granted in W.M.P.(MD)No.17837 of 2017.
3. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that such a person ought to be dealt with appropriately. An act of forgery and misappropriation constitutes an offence under law. The petitioner had lodged a complaint before the third respondent. The third respondent had forwarded the same to the first respondent.

4. The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate order regarding taking action against the persons concerned. Such a decision will be taken by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to take appropriate decision.
4. With this direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
