ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 346/2012, on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that in this case investigation has been completed by the first respondent police and filed a final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram and the same has been numbered as P.R.C.No.8 of 2023.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is aggrieved. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
