ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner as against the rejection seeking renewal of the catering trolley at Villupuram Junction Railway Station on the ground of poor performance.

2.Now, the catering trolley system itself is abolished and other modes have come to sell the food items. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
