2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed and the same was taken cognizance in P.R.C.No.31 of 2023, and is pending for committal process. So, the matter has become infructuous.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
