ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 09.10.2013 insofar as it relates to renewal of leases and consequently direct the first respondent to continue to renew the lease of the petitioner on such conditions as may be agreed upon by the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
