Mr.D.Senthil, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous in the light of the subsequent order dated 27.06.2019, passed by the third respondent herein, which has been now impugned in W.P.(MD)No.14720 of 2019.

2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
