Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-10. To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ calling for the records pertaining to the order or reversion passed by the 5th Respondent in Na.Ka.No.223 of 2017 dated 20.05.2021 and further order of surrendering of the post in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.223 of 2017 dated 20.05.2021 and consequential order passed by the 6th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.347/2021/A1 dated 26.05.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Sanitary Inspector with all consequential benefits and pass such further or other orders as may deem fit and thus render justice.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondent for wilfully disobeying the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.9837 of 2021 and WMP(MD) No.7560 of 2021 dated 07.06.2021. 2.When this Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main Writ Petition itself is disposed of and hence, they are not pressing this contempt petition. He has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
