ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent from interfering with the day to day activities of the petitioner's Club.
2. The case of the petitioner in brief:- The petitioner is the Secretary of recreation Club namely, "Moonlight Recreation Club" situated at Sholavandan, Madurai, which was registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1978, on 23.12.1985. The retired government employees, agriculturist and businessmen are the members of the above said Club. Even though running the Club by strictly complying with the relevant rules and regulations, the second respondent herein foisted false case against the members of the Club and also threatened that he will lock and seal the premises of the Club. W.P.(MD)No.1275 of 2019 representation to the first respondent herein and the District Collector, by registered post, on 11.12.2018. But, no action has been taken. Hence, this petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had applied for proper license before the concerned authorities and the same has not been received so far.
4. It is seen that so far license has not been obtained by the petitioner and hence, this petition is not maintainable. If any trouble arises, after obtaining license the petitioner may work out his remedy, as per law.
5. With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
