This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2021

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents represented that already the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2021 was considered and the same was closed on 06.02.2022. He has also served a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also received the copy of the closure report

4. A perusal of the copy of the order passed by the third respondent it is seen that the representation was considered and the same was closed 2/4

5. In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
