This Petition filed Under Section 24 of Civil Procedure code, to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.233 of 2012 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif, Trichirappalli and transfer the same to the II Additional District Court, Trichirappalli and tried along with O.S.No.88 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional District Court, Trichirapplli.
ORDER:
This Petition coming for orders on this day and upon perusing the Extension letter received from the II Additional District judge, Trichirappalli, in D.No.348 dated :16.04.2018, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Vakeeswaran Advocate for the Petitioner, and Mr.R.Sureshkumar, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court made the following order.
This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing O.S.No.233 of 2012 and 88 of 2013 2.This Court has already disposed of the Petition by order dated 07.05.2016, by directing the trial Court to dispose of the suits as expeditiously as preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, time was extended.

3. Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the cases. Hence, the matter was listed today.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further two months time is granted to the trial Court for disposal of the above suits. The learned II Additional District Judge, Trichirappalli, shall keep in mind the attitude of the parties and conduct the cases on day-to-day basis without giving adjournment to either parties and dispose of the cases within the prescribed time and report this court within a period of 10 days after passing judgment in the above petition. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted on any ground. Both parties shall give their fullest co-operation for early disposal of the suits.
