This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.127 of 2021 on the file of the 1st 1/4

respondent Police and quash the same against the petitioner

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that investigation in this case has already been completed and the final report filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy West through E-filing on 14.04.2024, but, it has not been taken on file so far.

3. Since the final report has been filed, there shall be a direction to the Magistrate concerned to process the same within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the contents of the final report, he can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
