Heard Mr.G.Kandha Vadivelan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.M.S.Johnny Basha, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The only ground on which the present impugned order has been passed is that the petitioner has not submitted proper application enclosing required documents in support of his claim for a service connection.
4. It is seen that the present impugned order has been passed, pursuant to the directions of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.20446 of 2016 dated 25.10.2018, wherein, the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2016 was directed to be considered.

5. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that since the petitioner has not made any application seeking a service connection to his shop premises, they are unable to consider his request.
6. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents further submitted that if proper application is made to them along with the necessary supporting documents, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
7. In the light of the submissions made, the petitioner is granted liberty to make a fresh application seeking a service connection to his shop situated in old survey no.180, new survey no.383/5 of Vannankovil, Bharathiyar Nagar, Navaloor Puttapattu Panchayat, Srirengam Taluk, Trichy District, along with the necessary supporting documents. On receipt of such application, the respondents shall consider it on its own merits and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
