ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction against the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the brother of the petitioner haa borrowed money from the third parties and failed to return the same. Since the petitioner stood as a surety, the third parties had threatened him to give back the amount, on behalf of his brother. The petitioner gave a representation only on 19.4.2023 and he failed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry. Now, the second respondent is enquiring about the complaint given against the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, a direction is given to the second respondent to proceed with the enquiry pending against the petitioner, in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
