ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the HMOP.No.4616 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2. The facts in nutshell, as pleaded by the counsel for the petitioner, is that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 04.06.2015 at Manamadurai, Sivagangai District. Due to the stained relationship between the parties, the respondent filed HMOP.No.4616 of 2015 before the I Additional Family Court, Chennai for nullity of marriage on several grounds. The contention of the petitioner is that after leaving matrimonial home, she is residing at Sivagangai along with her parents and the petitioner has no other independent sources of income and cannot spent to defend the case at Chennai.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to allow this petition and he fairly conceded the facts and circumstances of the case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and based on the statement of the counsel for the respondent, this

Court is inclined to consider this petition and accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.4616 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai, is ordered to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, forthwith. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
