NAGARAJAN, Advocate for the Intervenor, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the 8(b) condition as fixing a minimum amount of deposit to the petitioners each of the petitioners instead of depositing a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) each to the credit of Crime NO.1 of 2023 before the learned Special Judge for Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, Madurai, imposed upon the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6747 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023.

CRL MP(MD) No.6935 of 2023 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court finds that there is no reason to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6747 of 2023 dated 12.04.2023. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
