The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Writ Petition has become infructuous since the proceedings initiated by the first respondent Revenue Divisional Officer which is subject matter of challenge in W.P.(MD) No.4124 of 2020 was quashed by this Court by an order dated 14.03.2023.

2. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
