Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order of dismissal of the petitioner from service passed by the 3rd respondent in PR.No.4 of 2012, dated 29/07/2013, confirmed by the 2nd respondent in C.No.K3 / Appeal - 13/2014, dated 20/09/2014 confirmed by the 1st respondent in R.C.No.207292 / AP2(1)/2014, dated 22/11/2016 and to quash the same, in the light of the 1/4

quashing of the criminal case against the Petitioner and further direct the respondents to reinstate the Petitioner in service with all service back wages and benefits.
