3. The case of the petitioner is that she gave birth to a girl child on 13.04.2019 in the second respondent / Government Medical College Hospital.
4. It is seen from records that there are overwhelming materials to show that the petitioner had delivered a girl child on 13.04.2019. According to the petitioner, the second respondent has also sent necessary details to the first respondent to prepare Birth Certificate.
