ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that his name has been deleted from the revenue records in respect of the subject property. Aggrieved by the same, he filed an appeal before the first respondent. His grievance is that the said appeal has not been disposed of till date. He wants speedy disposal of the same. No exception can be taken to the said request.

3.The respondent is directed to the dispose of the petition mentioned appeal within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that the rival parties will have to be necessarily heard before passing the final order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the respective parties are left open. It is for the respondent to pass order one way or the other. The only direction that has now been given is speedy and time bound disposal on the petition mentioned appeal.
