O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.
2. The petitioner's husband was done to death on 11.10.2020. In this regard, Crime No.1212 of 2020 was registered on the file of the jurisdictional police station for the offence under Sections 302 of I.P.C. r/w. 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The petitioner seeks conferment of the relief set out in the relevant statute. It is stated that the petitioner's mother-in-law has given objection.

3. It is seen that the deceased had four legal heirs, namely, his mother Deivanai, his wife Indira and two girl children. 1/4th of the pension amount will be payable to the fourth respondent and the remaining 3/4th of the pension amount will be payable to the writ petitioner. It is stated that the process of giving Government job to the petitioner is presently going on. Respondents 1 to 3 are directed to expedite the conferment of the additional reliefs payable to the writ petitioner.
4. This writ petition stands allowed on these terms. No costs.
