ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to fix the pay of for the post of Head Master of Panchayat Union Primary School as per the Rule 22-B of the Tamilnadu Government Fundamental Rules by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.05.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that the Government has already took a policy decision vide G.O.Ms.No.57, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 19.02.2018 was issued and by way of another policy decision in G.O.Ms.No.138, dated 24.04.2018, the State Government passed an order for constitution of One Man Committee to rectify such pay anomalies due to implementation of Tamil Nadu Revised Pay Rules, 2017. According to the writ petitioner her pay may be fixed for the post of Head Master of Panchayat Union Primary School as per the Rule 22-B of the Tamilnadu Government Fundamental Rules by considering the representation dated 04.05.2019, within a time frame.

3.Considering the nature of relief sought for the writ petitioner without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.05.2019, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
