For Defacto Complainant : Mr.R.Venkatesan Advocate For Respondent : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.80/2023 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323,324,506(ii) of IPC r/w.Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.80 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant, is that due to land dispute the accused persons abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that four previous cases are pending against the petitioner. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. The learned counsel for the defacto complainant would submit that in the said occurrence four persons sustained grievous injuries.

5. It is seen that in the said occurrence four persons sustained injuries and though the injured have been discharged from the hospital they sustained grievous injuries and that apart four previous cases are pending against the petitioner, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
